1.2L REVOTRON Bi FUEL CNG ENGINE 115 7. Take out the cylinder. NOTE  The cylinder can now be removed from the vehicle. Please note that an empty cylinder weighs about 70kg and due care must be taken when lifting the cylinder so as not to cause injury.  Ensure that the cylinder valve do not touch/strike anywhere during the removal of the removal and get damaged.  Cylinder can also be removed along with the cradle by removing the mounting fasteners of the cradle assy. FITMENT For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse. Apply applicable torque on the fasteners as given in the torque table given in this manual. Follow process for tightening of high pressure nut as given in this manual. CONDUCT LEAK DETECTION TEST AFTER THE FITMENT OF CNG CYLINDER ON VEHICLE. NOTE  Get the CNG Cylinder checked and recertified after every 3 years or as per the latest CVMR rules at Govt approved test agencies mentioned in this Manual  Never fill CNG cylinder with air, LPG or any fuel except CNG.  Keep the car away from any Fire source.  Remove the CNG tank during the welding / brazing work on the Car.  CYLINDER REMOVAL (FOR TIGOR) 1. Close the CNG shutoff valve at the cylinder. Start the vehicle and keep running to empty the CNG fuel from the system. 2. Disconnect the battery cable. 3. Loosen the top clamp and slide down the collapsible hoses. 4. Slowly loosen the nut on both side of the cylinder valve which connects the high pressure line to the stainless steel connectors on the cylinder valve. CAUTION Perform carefully as there may be residual pressure in the high pressure line which could get relieved during this operation. Pull the high pressure lines gently away from the cylinder valve on both sides.
