ELECTRICAL 34 TROUBLESHOOTING CONDITION POSSIBLE CAUSES CORRECTION/REFERENCE ITEM Horn not working 1. Grounding point loose Tighten grounding properly 2. Horn fuse (15A) in Engine fuse box blown Replace the fuse 3. Horn relay in Engine loose Fix the relay properly 4. Horn switch terminal / horn switch contact in steering pad improper Replace control switch plunger topping/Adjust horn switch contact in steering pad properly Horn sound distorted 1. Horn terminals loose Connect the terminals properly 2. Horn setting screw disturbed Adjust the setting screw till a clean and sharp sound is obtained 3. Horn connector or blade rusty Clean the rust
