BODY 48 43. FRONT WIPER REMOVAL 1. Remove Wiper Spindle Cap. 2. Loosen and remove wiper blade mounting fastener and pull wiper arms out of wiper spindle (Tightening torque 1.5 kgfm). 3. Lift the bonnet and fix it in the stay rod. 4. Remove plenum caps from plenum trim near Driver and Co driver side wiper spindles. 5. Remove Plenum Cover assembly. (For procedure refer Plenum Cover assembly removal process.) 6. Remove screw and water Deflector. 7. Disconnect electrical connection on wiper motor. 8. Loosen and remove bolt of Wiper mounting Assy and remove the Wiper Assy.(Tightening torque 1.2-1.5 kg-m) 9. Remove Wiper motor assembly with linkages. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
