BODY 40 33. ROOF LINEAR REMOVAL 1. Remove A pillar trim. (Refer R+R of A pillar trim) 2. Remove B pillar trim. (Refer R+R of B pillar trim) 3. Remove C pillar trim. (Refer R+R of C pillar trim) 4. Remove the two sunvisors.( Refer R+R of sunvisor) 5. Remove the roof lamp. (Refer R+R of roof lamp in Electrical section.) 6. Remove the three grab handle. (Refer R+R of grab handle) 7. Remove the roof trim holding snap. 8. Remove the roof trim. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. 34. GEAR LEVER BOOT REMOVAL 1. Pull out the rubber knob from GEAR SHIFT UNIT 2. Remove the Lather boot from the gear shifter lever. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. 35. BONNET INSULATION REMOVAL 1. Open the bonnet. 2. Pull out the insulation from the bonnet assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. NOTE While pulling out the Bonnet insulation, care should be taken such that clips do not get damage if found damaged replace the same with the new one. 36. PLENUM COVER REMOVAL 1. Open the Bonnet. 2. Disconnect the negative terminal of battery. 3. Remove both front wiper arm and blade assembly. (R efer wiper arm and blade assembly removal process). 4. Pull out Grommet pin. 5. Disconnect washer pipe connection & pull out plenum cover. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
