ADEQUATE QUANTITY OF COMPRESSOR OIL PREVENTS POOR PUMPING AND PREMATURE WEARING OF INTERNAL COMPONENTS. 4 CLEAN EVAPORATOR PERIODICALLY TO REMOVE DUST AND FOREIGN PARTICLES. CLOGGED EVAPORATOR RESULTS IN LESS AIR FLOW AND REDUCED COOLING 5 ADJUST FRESH AIR AND HEATER CABLE PROPERLY TO CLOSE DAMPER’S FIRMLY. UNADJUSTED CABLE WILL RESULT IN MIX- ING OF HOT AIR WITH COOL AIR. 6 EDUCATE CUSTOMER ON PROPER USAGE OF A/C CONTROLS (REFER OWNERS MAN- UAL). PROPER USAGE OF A/C CONTROL WILL GIVE OPTIMUM COOLING. 7 ADJUST PROPER ENGINE RPM. LESS RPM WILL RESULT IN STALLING OF ENGINE AND LESS COOLING. 8 CHECK COOLANT LEVEL AND ENSURE PROPER TUNING OF ENGINE THIS WILL PREVENT OVERHEATING OF ENGINE 9 CHECK PROPER BELT TENSION. LOOSE BELT WILL SLIP AND OVER TIGHT BELT WILL RESULT IN NOISE AND PREMA- TURE FAILURE OF MAGNETIC CLUTCH OF THE COMPRESSOR. 10 WHEN USING HEATER AIWASY TURN ON THE A/C THIS WILL AVOID THE FOGGING Sr. NO. DONT’S REASON 1 DO NOT USE A/C WITH FRESH MODE OPEN IN DUSTY ENVIRONMENT THIS WILL LEAD TO MIXING OF OUTSIDE AIR WITH COOL AIR INSIDE THEREBY RE- DUCING COOLING EFFECT. 3 DO NOT OPERATE A/C WITH OUT REFRIG- ERANT IN THE SYSTEM. THIS WILL RESULT IN PREMATURE FAIL- URE OF COMPRESSOR. 4 DO NOT LEAK CHECK THE A/C SYSTEM WITH MORE THAN 20 KG/CM’ PRESSURE. HIGHER PRESSURE MAY RESULT IN DAM- AGE TO A/C COMPONENTS. 5 DO NOT LEAVE A/C JOINTS OPEN. MOISTURE TENDS TO ENTER THE A/C SYSTEM IF THE JOINTS REMAIN OPEN FOR LONG TIME 6 DO NOT CHARGE REFRIGERANT IN THE A/C SYSTEM WITHOUT CARRYING OUT PROPER VACUUM. IMPROPER OR NO VACUUMING OF THE A/C SYSTEM RESULTS IN LESS COOLING CONDITIONS
