1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 121 VII. Removal of Cylinder Head and Camshaft. 1. Remove the Cylinder Head Cover from the engine & carefully placed the rubber gasket apart. 2. Remove the Cylinder Head attaching bolts along with the washers, starting from the ends of the cylinder head and working inwards to the center. 3. Remove ITG Bearing Cap Upper. 4. Remove two camshafts. CAUTION  When removing the camshaft, use care to avoid damaging the bearing surfaces of the cylinder head and the camshaft. 5. Remove ITG Bearing Cap Lower. 6. To dislocate cylinder head, use a soft mallet or dead-blow hammer to break the head free from the block, if necessary. 7. Place the cylinder head on the dismantling table.
