1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 112 8. ENGINE OVERHAULING (ON OVERHAUL STAND): A. ENGINE DIS-ASSEMBLY : I. Removal of Intake Manifold : 1. Remove compressor and Fix the LH & RH mounting brackets to the engine with the help of adopter. SPECIAL TOOL  LH Mounting Bracket - 2702 5890 24 03  Adapter - 5438 5890 2403 SPECIAL TOOL  RH Mounting Bracket - 5424 5890 24 02 2. Safely lift the engine with the help of crane and fix it on overhaul stand. 3. Remove Spring Band Clamp. 4. Remove the Rubber hose from Head cover OCV to Intake manifold. 5. Remove Electronic Throttle Body. 6. Remove the Fuel Rail along with the injectors. 7. Remove the injector clip.
