1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 106 17. Remove movable and fixed guide rail. 18. Remove the camshaft carrier. 19. Remove the Timing chain from the gear train assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse order of removal. NOTE Place the chain over VCT, exhaust sprocket and crankshaft sprocket in such a way that the 3 copper color links of chain matches with the dimple marks of all the 3 sprockets respectively TIMING CORRECTION / ADJUSTING PROCEDURE 1. Rotate camshaft to face upward direction. 2. Tighten damper bolt and rotate crankshaft to adjust the marking at bottom most position. NOTE Ensure the flywheel is not locked.
