TATA PUNCH-SERVICE MANUAL

1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 104 J. TIMING BELT REMOVAL 1. Drain and collect engine oil. 2. Remove RH side front tyre. 3. Remove RH side mud liner and wheel arch liner. (Refer Body section for removal procedure). 4. Remove compressor and alternator belt. 5. Remove the air filter. 6. Disconnect and remove engine wiring harness mounted on head cover. Set the wiring harness aside. 7. Disconnect oil mist separator hose. 8. Remove engine head cover along with dipstick, solenoid valve and ignition coil. 9. Remove oil sump.
