HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 57 E. TCS COOLING PUMP REMOVAL 1. Remove Aux Battery negative terminal and Put masking tape on Aux Battery negative terminal & cable. 2. Drain the coolant (Refer TCS Coolant Draining procedure). NOTE: ‘While draining the coolant TCS Aux. tank Cap must be in open condition’. 3. Remove the Hose spring band clamp before pump outlet & disconnect the outlet pipe. 4. Disconnect the electrical connection of TCS coolant pump. 5. Remove the mounting bolt of cooling pump & take it out. Fitment Follow reverse procedure for assembly. F. RADIATOR FAN REMOVAL 1. Open the bonnet of vehicle. 2. Remove Aux Battery negative terminal and Put masking tape on Aux Battery negative terminal & cable. 3. Loosen and Remove the Mud liner LH / RH. 4. Loosen and Remove the mounting screws splashguard. 5. Drain the coolant (Refer TCS Coolant Draining procedure). 6. Remove the TCS cooling pump (Refer TCS Coolant pump removal procedure).
