BODY 50 4.35. PLENUM COVER REMOVAL 1. Remove the bonnet. (For removal refer bonnet removal process). 2. Disconnect the negative terminal of battery. 3. Remove both front wiper arm and blade assembly. (For removal refer Electrical section). 4. Remove the Hood Seal. 5. Remove the mounting scrivet and take out the plenum trim brackets. 6. Pry out the seven scrivet pins and take out the plenum cover assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. 4.36. BONNET INSULATION REMOVAL 1. Open the bonnet. 2. Pull out the insulation from the bonnet assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. NOTE While pulling out the Bonnet insulation, care should be taken such that clips do not get damage if found damaged replace the same with the new one.
