FATC 29 23. TEMPERATURE ACTUATOR To operate heater flap inside HVAC Box, this flap diverts Hot & cold air inside HVAC Box. 24.Fresh / Recirculation Actuator It operates flap inside Fresh air inlet, this flap open/ close path for outside air in to HVAC Box. 25. LINEAR POWER MODULE In case of FATC a LPM is used to enable the ECU to control the blower speed in smaller increments. It is mounted on evaporator housing. PINOUT PIN NO DESCRIPTION 1 CONTROL 2 DIAGNOSTICS 3 - MOTOR 4 + BAT 5 GND REMOVAL 1. Access the linear power module location from co- drivers side. Remove the electrical connection from the module. 2. Remove the mounting screws and take out the module along with the cover. 3. Remove the mounting screw of the module and take out from the cover. REFITMENT For refitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
