HV ELECTRICAL 38 H. VACUUM PUMP NOTE: Accessibility of Vacuum Pump is from bottom side. 1. Park the vehicle at two poster. 2. Make sure Ignition switch off and press Service, Disconnect Switch. 3. Refer Instruction for working on HV Components before starting work. 4. Remove Auxiliary (12V) battery and its “+” Ve and “-“Ve connection, also remove CABLE ASSY DCDC TO AUX BATTARY. (Refer Auxiliary Battery removal processes in LV Electrical Section). 5. Lift the vehicle with the help of two poster and remove LV W\H connection of Vacuum Pump. 6. Remove LV W\H connection of Vacuum sensor. 7. Remove VACUUM HOSE, VACUUM PUMP END connection pressing clamp. 8. Loosen and remove two M6 Nut from VACUUM PUMP MTG BRACKET. 9. Take Vacuum Pump aside from Vehicle FITMENT Follow reverse procedure for assembly.
