BRAKES 46 NOTE- 4. Assemble the new carrier assembly to the knuckle. Apply recommended torque. Ensure correct fitment. 5. Carefully assemble the inner and outer pad assemblies respectively and ensure the free to and fro movements of pads. 6. Re-install the caliper in the carrier. NOTE: Re-install the caliper in the carrier, screw the banjo bolt (with copper gasket) to the recommended torque, then release the hose clamp, do bleeding operation and check for correct function of the caliper parts, ensure no drag and frictional noise. 7. Assemble the wheel again.
