HV ELECTRICAL 34 D. SIU (SIGNAL ISOLATION UNIT) REMOVAL 1. Refer Instructions For Working On HV Components Mention Before Starting Work. 2. Remove Fuse Box Connector and wiring harness, charger shielded cable connector from siu. 3. Loosen And Remove SIU (Signal Isolation Unit) Mounting Screws. FITMENT Follow reverse procedure for assembly. E. MAIN CONTACTOR UNIT REMOVAL 1. Refer Instructions for working on HV Components Mention before starting work. 2. Open Insulator bus bar cap of Main Contactor Unit 3. Loosen and remove nut on Main Contactor Bus bar and HV cable. 4. Remove Main Contactor Lug connectors of Fuse box, HV cable and MCU to charger & PTC heater contactor.
