HV ELECTRICAL 31 6. REMOVAL & REFITMENT PROCEDURE: A. VCU (VEHICLE CONTROL UNIT) REMOVAL 1. Refer Instructions for working on HV Components mention before starting work. 2. Disconnect SERVICE DISCONNECT switch by pressing button. 3. Remove E- Box Top cover with loosening Allen screw by Allen spanner. 4. Remove VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) both connectors by removing connector. 5. Remove VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) mounting screws and take out VCU slowly. FITMENT Follow reverse procedure for assembly.
