SUSPENSION 45 10.4. TWIST BEAM BUSH REMOVAL NOTE:  Apply soap water to the bush and the bore of twist beam assembly before installation.  Tighten the RTB pivot bolt in ECIE/preload condition.  No jacking to be done under the beam portion of RTB.  Avoid oil based lubricant while pressing the bush in RTB pivot eye. Instead soap based solution can be used.  INSTALLATION 1. Install twist beam front pivot bush using special tools as shown in below arrangement. 2. Tighten the cross bolt of the twist beam. 3. Lift and properly position the twist beam along with bracket. 4. Tighten the four bolts of bracket on both sides. 5. Fix the brake lines and parking brake cable mounting on the torsion beam. 6. Fix the back plate assembly along with brake shoes and stub axle to the torsion beam. 7. Fit the brake drum. Check out for play. 8. Fix the shock absorber to the torsion beam. (Refer the refitment of shock absorber). NOTE: Refer Suspension pre-Loading condition as mentioned below. 9. Top up the brake fluid and carry out the bleeding of brakes. (Refer brakes).
