LV ELECTRICAL 73 10.5 Detailed Telltale Information Turn signal One of these symbols comes ‘ON’ when the turn indicators is switch ‘ON’. Turn signal lamps can be operate only when the ignition supply is ‘ON’ and by using the turn indicator switch on the combi-switch. The direction indicator arrow LHS and RHS on the instrument cluster flashes along with external indicator lights as selected. Both telltales will blink simultaneously when Hazard switch is pressed. Tick-Tock sound will be given when any one or both the telltales are ON. High Beam This symbol comes ‘ON’ when the headlamp high beam is switched ‘ON’. Battery charging This symbol indicated Low Voltage Level of Auxiliary (12V) battery System & lights up when the ‘IGN’ is turned ‘ON’ for 4 Sec & goes OFF afterwards. NOTE: If it remains ‘ON’ while driving, it indicates that battery voltage is low & not charging. Switch off all unnecessary electrical equipment and get the problem attended to at TATA authorized Service outlet. Park Brake / Brake Fluid Oil level/ EBD Indicator This indicator comes ‘ON’ for approximately 4 seconds when ignition is turned 'ON' and goes ‘OFF’. If it remains ‘ON’, it may indicate: 1. Brake fluid level is low. 2. Parking brake is applied. It will go ‘OFF’ when it is released. 3. Fault in ABS/EBD system Driver Seat Belt Reminder Indicator If Driver seat belt is not buckled and IGN is ON then Telltale will be ON as initial warning with No audio chime. Telltale will get turn OFF when Driver seat belt is buckled. If Driver seat belt remains unbuckled and vehicle speed goes above 15 km/ hr, Then Final Warning will start with Audio Chime and it will be continue for 93 seconds. Driver Seat belt telltale will also start flashing along with audio alarm during Final Warning. Note: Buckle the Driver seat belt to stop Audible warning.
