Trouble Shooting:- Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1 Is there any rust/oxidization observed on any Sensor terminal of Sensor Group A (Acc. Pedal Sensor 1 / AC Refrigerant pressure Sensor / TMAP Sensor) Clean the rust / Rectify Go to Step 2 2 Is there wiring harness electrical continuity between ECUpin 138 &Acc. Pedal Sensor Connector pin 2 Go to Step 3 Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the Circuit schematic 3 Is there wiring harness electrical continuity between ECUpin 137 &AC Pressure Sensor Connector pin 1 Go to Step 3 Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the Circuit schematic 4 Is there wiring harness electrical continuity between ECUpin 125 & TMAP Sensor Connector pin 3. Go to Step 3 Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the Circuit schematic 5 Are there any pins damaged at TMAp, ACC. Pedal Sensor 1/ AC Pressure Sensor / EMS ECU Connector Replace the connector or wiring harness Go to step 6 4 Are there any pins backed out from the at TMAP, ACC. Pedal Sensor 1/ AC Pressure Sensor /EMS ECU Connector Rectify/Replace Connectors Go to Step 7 5 Are EMS ECU pins 137/138/125 Short Circuited to Battery? Repair the harness as per the schematic Go to Step 8 7 Is TMAP / AC Pressure Sensor/ Acc. Pedal 1 Sensor physically Damaged Replace corresponding Sensor Go to Step 8 8 Fault Still Persists? Fault still persists then Replace EMS ECU Follow the steps again for reconfirmation DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. Check for the Parameter-Sensor Reference Voltage C, it should be in the range of 4.7 to 5.3 volts.
