Is there any rust/oxidization observed on any sensor terminal of Sensor Group B (Acc. Pedal sensor 2 / Throttle Position Sensor / Boost Pressure Sensor) Clean the rust / Rectify Go to Step 2 2 Is there wiring harness electrical continuity between ECUpin 126 &Acc. Pedal Sensor Connector pin 1 Go to Step 3 Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the circuit schematic 3 Is there wiring harness electrical continuity between ECUpin 223 &Throttle Position Sensor Connector pin 3 Go to Step 3 Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the circuit schematic 4 Is there wiring harness electrical continuity between ECUpin 210 &Boost Pressure Sensor Connector pin 3. Go to Step 3 Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the circuit schematic 5 Are there any pins damaged at Boost Pressure Sensor/ ACC. Pedal sensor 2/ Throttle Position Sensor / EMS ECU Connector Replace the connector or wiring harness Go to step 6 4 Are there any pins backed out from the at Boost Pressure Sensor/ ACC. Pedal sensor 2/ Throttle Position Sensor /EMS ECU Connector Rectify/Replace Connectors Go to Step 7 5 Are EMS ECU pins 210/223/126 Short circuited to Ground / Battery Repair the harness as per the schematic Go to Step 8 7 Is Boost Pressure Sensor/ ACC. Pedal sensor 2/ Throttle Position Sensor physically Damaged Replace corresponding Sensor Go to Step 8 8 Fault Still Persists? Fault still persists then Replace EMS ECU Follow the steps again for reconfirmation DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring engine parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer.
