SRS / Airbag ECU AB12 DTC Troubleshooting Guide Version: 2.0 Date: 21-June-2021 Troubleshooting:- TURN ON IGNITION. CONNECT THE DIAGNOSTIC TOOL AND CHECK FOR DTC’s IS DTC PRESENT? CLEAR DTC . TURN OFF & ON IGNITION & CHECK FOR DTC’s ( at least 2 to 3 times) IS DTC STILL PRESENT ? TURN OFF IGNTION. AND REPLACE THE AIRBAG WIRING HARNESS WITH A NEW ONE . YES NO NO YES NO TURN OFF & ON IGNITION . CLEAR DTC’s & CHECK FOR DTC’s IS DTC PRESENT? NO STOP YES TURN ON IGNITION. CLEAR DTC’s & CHECK FOR DTC’s. RE - CONNECT THE AIRBAG ECU, W/H & DSP MODULE IN VEHICLE 1. TURN OFF IGNITION. 2. REPLACE THE AIRBAG ECU WITH A NEW ONE IS DTC STILL PRESENT? YES START B100C-2B
