Ensure that Battery Negative Terminal is disconnected before accessing any Airbag ECU Modules like Airbag ECU & Connectors, Impact Sensors, Airbags and its connectors, Pretensioners and its connectors (Seat Belts). 2. Prevent sensor elements or ECU from extreme shock loads, e.g. hammer blow on or next to the sensor, dropping the sensor/ECU onto hard surfaces, etc. 3. General Instructions and Mounting Locations of ECU are added in the Annexure 1 and 2 Sections resp.
