B164B - 12:- CRANK Relay Feedback - circuit short to battery Overview:- ISO Code (DTC Code) B164B – 12 Customer Symptom 1. Could not start vehicle. 2. LED of engine start/stop button will always remain OFF. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) 1. Could not start vehicle. 2. LED of engine start/stop button will always remain OFF. Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition During Cranking OFF. Normal Operating Condition During cranking, crank relay feedback line should be equal to battery voltage. Probable Trouble Area 1. Permanent short of output of crank relay. 2. Crank relay feedback line between PEPS ecu connector-3/pin-18 and vehicle battery signal.. Healing Condition IGN OFF -> ON.
