U0131-08:- Lost communication with EPAS- Message Time Out Failure Overview:- ISO Code U0131-08 Customer Symptom Hard steering, EPAS lamp ON Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Default steering assistance Lamp Status (If Any) EPAS lamp ON Fault Detection Condition EPAS connector is not connected properly or disconnected from its location CAN Stub wire from EPAS connector side is disconnected EPAS ECU is not powered up Normal Operating Condition EPAS ECU communicates properly with TML diagnostic Tool. Probable Trouble Area Disconnection of the EPAS connector Healing Condition To fix the EPAS connector correctly and Fix the wiring harness issues from EPAS side.
