U0537-08:- Lost communication with Electrical Steering Column Lock- Message Timeout Failure Overview:- ISO Code U0537-08 Customer Symptom ESCL Lamp ON Fault Effects (On Vehicle) No effect. Lamp Status (If Any) ESCL Lamp ON Fault Detection Condition 1. ESCL connector is not connected properly or disconnected from its location 2. CAN Stub wire from ESCL connector side is disconnected. 3. ESCL ECU is not powered up. Normal Operating Condition ESCL ECU communicates properly with TML diagnostic Tool. Probable Trouble Area Disconnection of the ESCL connector Healing Condition To fix the ESCL connector correctly and Fix the wiring harness issues from ESCL side. Trouble Shooting:-
