U0164-08:- Lost communication with HVAC Control Module- Message Timeout Failure Overview:- ISO Code U0164-08 Customer Symptom No Customer symptom Fault Effects (On Vehicle) No vehicle effect. Lamp Status (If Any) N.A Fault Detection Condition 1. HVAC connector is not connected properly or disconnected from its location 2. CAN Stub wire from HVAC connector side is disconnected. 3. HVAC ECU is not powered up. Normal Operating Condition HVAC ECU communicates properly with TML diagnostic Tool. Probable Trouble Area Disconnection of the HVAC connector Healing Condition To fix the HVAC connector correctly and Fix the wiring harness issues from HVAC side.
