Trouble Shooting:- DTC’ s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points before handing over the system to the customer 1) Replacement of ECU 2) Drive the vehicle on road and check the cluster Configure ECU With Correct Configuration File Replace the ECU 1. Clear the DTC from the memory 2. Turn the ignition switch off and again turn it on without cranking the vehicle. 3. Check for DTCs Is DTC Present? Yes Stop No Is DTC Present? Yes No Stop 1. Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool. 2. Turn the Ignition ON 3. Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current) 4. Record the DTC & Clear 5. Turn Ignition OFF & ON 6. Verify If U1604 – 55 is present
