B1C20-2A : Steering Wheel control Signal Input – Stuck in Range Overview: Write up for the Related Sensor/Actuator or system:- Steering wheel control module – This steering wheel control module is located on steering wheel. Using steering wheel control module, user can change volume/media/radio settings. Pre-Check Points: NO Trouble Shooting:- Below given flowcharts guides to troubleshoot the fault: ISO Code B1C20-2A Customer Symptom User is unable to change volume/media/radio settings using steering wheel control module. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) No Lamp Status (If Any) No Fault Detection Condition 1. User is unable to change volume/media/radio settings using steering wheel control module. 2. This DTC gets logged when steering wheel control signal switch input is stuck in range. Normal Operating Condition When user changes settings of volume/media/radio using steering wheel Control, accordingly Head Unit will process it. Probable Trouble Area  Steering Wheel Switches Healing Condition None
