B1C0E-13: Microphone Signal Input Open Circuit Overview: Write up for the system:- Microphone – This microphone is located at the roof top of vehicle. It is used for executing voice commands and BT (Bluetooth) connected phone calls. Pre-Check Points: ISO Code B1C0E-13 Customer Symptom 1. Caller is unable to hear User voice that is on vehicle during active call using BT connected phone. 2. HU is unable to accept user given Voice recognition (VR) commands. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) No Lamp Status (If Any) No Fault Detection Condition 1. Caller is unable to hear User voice that is on vehicle during active call using BT connected phone. 2. HU is unable to accept user given Voice recognition (VR) commands. 3. This DTC gets logged when connection between microphone signal input and Head Unit is Open circuit. Normal Operating Condition 1. User will be able to make BT hands free phone calls. 2. User will be able to launch the outgoing calls using voice commands. Probable Trouble Area  Wiring harness between HU and microphone  HU Connector and connector terminals  Microphone connector and its terminals  Intermittent connector and their terminals Healing Condition None
