B1C33-2A: Hard Switch Signal Input – Stuck in Range Overview: Write up for the Related Sensor/Actuator or system:- Infotainment – This Infotainment is located on center of dashboard. Using Infotainment, user can change volume/media/radio settings. Pre-Check Points: NO Trouble Shooting:- Below given flowcharts guides to troubleshoot the fault: ISO Code B1C33-2A Customer Symptom User is unable to perform action using switch which is stuck using Infotainment. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) No Lamp Status (If Any) No Fault Detection Condition 1. User is unable to perform action using switch which is stuck using Infotainment. 2. This DTC gets logged when Infotainment signal input switch is stuck in range. Normal Operating Condition User can change settings of volume/media/radio using hard keys/switches of Infotainment. Probable Trouble Area  Switch/Switch pad Healing Condition None
