Normal Operating Condition Telematics Control Unit (VCU) should function normally Probable Trouble Area CAN transceiver fault, partner ECU fault, and excessive network traffic. Healing Condition Check with Service tool, check function of partner ECU Component Details: NA Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Battery Voltage (12.5 V & above) 2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
