B1323 – 06: PEPS-BCM Cryptography Overview: ISO Code B1323 – 06 Customer Symptom No lock, unlock or RKE operations on vehicle. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) User will not be able to operate lock, unlock or RKE operations on vehicle. Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition No or wrong AES-SK written to BCM or Difference in encryption counter value in PEPS & BCM or Difference in VIN number in PEPS & BCM Normal Operating Condition If the IGN is OFF, lock/unlock/RKE operations are not working on vehicle.. Probable Trouble Area 1. No or wrong AES-SK written to BCM. 2. Difference in encryption counter value in PEPS & BCM. 3. Difference in VIN number in PEPS & BCM. 4. BCM/PEPS ECU fault. Healing Condition 1. Ignition OFF  ON 2. Clear DTC Command Component Details: Switch Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Battery Voltage (12.5 V & above) 2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
