Trouble Shooting:- B194C-41 : Rear master sensor wrong calibration due to CRC mismatch. START Connect Diagnostic tool and check for DTCs Is DTC B194C-54 present? STOP NO Check DTC present is Permanent or Historic Is History? 1. Clear the DTC frommemory 2. Turn the IGN to OFF 3. Start the IGN Is DTC B194C-54 present? YES NO YES YES NO Disconnect vehicle battery connection. (Please follow the safety guidelines) Check LIN connection between BCM LIN 1(Connector1-Pin 35) and Rear PDC Master Calibration. Are connectors loose? Reconnect connectors firmly YES 1.Remove BCM side wiring harness Connector. 2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged etc. Is connector faulty? Correct connector fault (Terminals Bend) YES NO NO A B
