Trouble Shooting:- B1311-96: Auto Up ECUMotor/Relay Error START Connect Diagnostic tool and check for DTCs Is DTC B1311-96 present? STOP NO Check DTC present is Permanent or Historic Is History? 1. Clear the DTC frommemory 2. Turn the IGN to OFF 3. Start the IGN Is DTC B1311-96 present? YES NO YES YES NO Disconnect vehicle battery connection. (Please follow the safety guidelines) Check connection between BCM and Auto Up ECUMotor/Relay Are connectors loose? Reconnect connectors firmly YES 1.Remove BCM side wiring harness Connector. 2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged etc. Is connector faulty? Correct connector fault (Terminals Bend) YES NO NO A B
