Normal vehicle setup start Connect Diagnostic tool and Run Input switch test routine and read DTC. Is DTC B2215-14 NO YES Stop Remove Vehicle Battery connections. (Please follow safety guidelines) 1) Remove BCM connector and check for backout/ pins bend/ damages. 2) Remove the combi switch connector and check for backout/ pins bend etc. Yes YES Check continuity between 1) BCM connector A pin 36 and body GND in the harness connector. 2) BCM connector A pin 36 and Conn A pin 34/ 47 Yes Correct the wiring harness short and open circuit reconnect the vehicle battery and BCM Remove the Combi switch and connect other working combi switch. Do all the initial vehicle setup(vehicle batt connection etc) No Any fault observed Correct the fault No Any continuity observed No B2215-14 Front wiper variable speed signal circuit short to GND/ Open Replac e the ECU Is the front wiper variable speed working Yes Check continuity between BCM Harness mating connector A pin 36 and respective pin in combi switch Is continuity observed No Yes
