B2211 - 11: Front Wiper Intermittent Switch - Circuit Short to Ground Overview: ISO Code (DTC Code) B2211 - 11 Customer Symptom Front wiper always ON (Intermittent Mode) Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Front wiper always ON(Intermittent Mode) Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition This fault will be logged after the input switch test routine execution. User has to operate the switch manually during routine. If short to ground fault is detected for Front wiper intermittent switch then this DTC will be returned with the Routine results. Normal Operating Condition There should not be any fault returned by routine Probable Trouble Area 1. BCM connector Fault 2. Cockpit wiring harness short to ground 3. Front wiper intermittent switch damaged 4. Combi switch connector fault. 5. BCM ECU fault Healing Condition 1. Ignition OFF  ON 2. Clear DTC Command Component Details: Front wiper Intermittent switch is part of combination stalk switch and interfaced to the BCM. If the IGN is on and if user put the combi switch to front wiper Intermittent position, front wiper will turn ON in intermittent mode. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Battery Voltage (9V-16V) 2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage. Trouble Shooting:-
