User Customization Settings (UCS) DTCs U1613 – 64 : System Customization Data - signal plausibility failure Overview: ISO Code (DTC Code) U1613 – 64 Customer Symptom Features defined in User customization setting menu does not work Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Features defined in User customization setting menu does work. Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition If the incorrect ACK data is received OR No Ack received after 3 retries, BCM shall log DTC “Data Integrity Error” against HU Normal Operating Condition Features defined in User customization setting menu work with values available with BCM Probable Trouble Area 1. BCM Cockpit Wiring harness faulty 2. BCM connector Fault 3. Infotainment ECU Fault 4. BCM ECU fault Healing Condition 1. Ignition OFF  ON 2.
