B1F13 – 11: Ambient Spot Lights – Circuit Short to Ground Overview: ISO Code (DTC Code) B1F13 - 11 Customer Symptom N/A. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Spot LEDs lamps do not come ON. Lamp Status (If Any) Ambient Spot Lights permanently off till the fault persist. Fault Detection Condition This fault gets logged by BCM when Ambient Spot Lights output is shorted to ground. Normal Operating Condition Ambient Spot Lights should turn ON whenever door is open. Probable Trouble Area 1. BCM connector wired wrong 2. Ambient Spot Lights harness wire shorted to ground. 3. Ambient Spot Lights Node/components damaged. Healing Condition 1. Ignition OFF  ON 2. Clear DTC Command Component Details: User turns ON Ambient Spot Lights, while door is open. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Battery Voltage (9V-16V) 2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
