Disconnect vehicle battery connection. (Please follow the safety guidelines) 1. Clear the DTC from memory 2. Turn the IGN to OFF 3. Start the IGN Is DTC B1F00- 11 present? Check Power window Motor pin connectivity Replace Motor Motor pins shorted to ground Yes Check BCM and Power windows motor connectors for terminal back out Are connectors loose? Reconnect connectors firmly 1.Remove BCM side wiring harness Connector. 2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged etc. Yes No No Is connector faulty? Yes Is DTC B1F00- 11 present? Yes Correct connector fault (Terminals Bend) Yes STOP A No No No B C Check continuity between BCM connector pin [C2-4] and Power windows ground pin
