B1618 - 15: Infotainment Removal Signal - Circuit short to Battery or Open Circuit Overview: ISO Code B1618 - 15 Customer Symptom No immediate symptom. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Infotainment theft detection possible. Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition This fault will be logged user could able to get infotainment theft detection alarm. If short to battery or open circuit fault is detected for Infotainment Removal Signal, then this DTC code will be returned. Normal Operating Condition Infotainment theft detection is not possible. Probable Trouble Area 5. BCM connector Fault. 6. Infotainment connector Short to battery or open circuit. 7. HU connector Fault. 8. BCM ECU fault Healing Condition 3. Ignition OFF  ON. 4. Clear DTC Command. Component Details: BCM connector, HU connector. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Battery Voltage (12.5 V & above) 2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage. Trouble Shooting:
