Trouble Shooting:- B160B - 14:Door Unlock control driver Relay/ Tailgate Unlock Control Relay- Circuit Short to Ground or Open START Connect Diagnostic tool and check for DTCs Is DTC B160B – 14 present? STOP NO Check DTC present is Permanent or Historic Is History? 1. Clear the DTC from memory 2. Turn the IGN to OFF 3. Start the IGN Is DTC B160B - 14 present? NO YES YES NO Disconnect vehicle battery connection. (Please follow the safety guidelines) Check the physical connection of the BCM connector & All door UnLock/Tailgate Unlock relay connector. Are connectors loose ? Reconnect connectors firmly YES 1.Remove BCM side wiring harness Connector. 2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged etc. Is connector faulty? Correct connector fault (Terminals Bend) YES NO NO B 1) Remove relay from its mounting base. 2) Check continuity between BCM connector pin no [C1-42] to door unlock relay connector. Correct connector fault (Open Circuit) NO Continuity found? NO YES YES A
