B160A - 12: Door Second Stage UnLock/ Door UnLock control others Relay - Circuit Short to Battery ISO Code B160A - 12 Customer Symptom Other doors will not unlock. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Other doors will not unlock. Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition If short to battery fault is detected for Second Stage Unlock Relay, then this DTC code will be returned. Normal Operating Condition Other doors gets unlock while Second Stage Unlock Relay is operating fine on 2 nd unlock pressed. Probable Trouble Area 1. BCM connector Fault 2. Harness wire shorted 3. Second Stage Unlock relay damaged 4. BCM ECU fault Healing Condition 1. Ignition OFF  ON 2. Clear DTC Command Component Details: Door Relay, BCM connector Functionality: If the Second Stage Unlock Relay is short to Battery or Open Circuit, then the other doors will not unlock. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Battery Voltage (12.5 V & above) 2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
