B160F - 11: Driver Door Lock Signal - Circuit Short to Ground START Connect Diagnostic tool and Run Input Test Routine and operate the switches as mentioned in the input switch test routine specification. Is DTC B160F – 11 logged by Routine? Disconnect vehicle battery connection. (Please follow the safety guidelines) Check connection between BCM and Master Actuator lock signal pin Are connectors loose? Correct connector fault (Terminals Bend) 1.Remove BCM Connector. 2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged Is connector faulty? STOP 1. Unlock the vehicle 2. Check continuity between BCM connector pin [C1-8] Harness side) with Ground [C1-34/C1-47] Continuity Found? 1. Remove Driver door master actuator 2.Perform visual check of connectors for pin bend or damaged Reconnect connectors firmly Actuator Faulty? Correct Connector fault (Terminal Bend) NO YES YES NO YES YES YES NO NO NO Check if Driver door lock signal input[wiring harness side] is shorted to ground [C095-5]. Correct Driver Door master actuator side wiring harness (Short to Ground) 1. Lock and then Unlock the vehicle using RKE or internal knob Check if Unlocking action is successful? Reconnect all connectors firmly NO YES Correct BCM side wiring harness ( Short to Ground) Continuity Found? YES NO NO Connect battery and other connectors of BCM ECU, if disconnected. BCM ECU Faulty Replace BCM ECU
