B2268 – 15: Rear Right Turn Indicator LEDs – Short to Battery or Open Circuit Overview: ISO Code B2268 – 15 Customer Symptom Rear Right Turn Indicator Lamps always ON. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) 1. Rear Right Turn Indicator Lamp always ON. 2. Battery Drain. Lamp Status (If Any) Always ON Fault Detection Condition This fault gets logged by BCM when Rear Right Turn Indicator lamp output is shorted to battery or open circuit Normal Operating Condition Turn Indicator lamp comes ON when turn indicator switch is activated. Probable Trouble Area 1. BCM connector Fault 2. Rear Right Turn Indicator lamp output wire Short to battery or open circuit 3. Rear Right Turn Indicator Lamp bulb blown /lamp damaged 4. BCM ECU fault 5. Rear Right Turn Indicator lamp mating connector fault Healing Condition 1. Ignition OFF  ON 2. Clear DTC Command Component Details: Right Turn Indicator lamps are located at right rear side of the vehicle. Turn Indicator lamp comes ON when turn indicator switch is activated. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Battery Voltage (12.5 V & above) 2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
