B224C – 11: Right Turn Indicator – Short to Ground Overview: ISO Code B224C - 11 Customer Symptom Right Turn Indicator Lamps always OFF. Fault Effects (On Vehicle) Right Turn Indicator Lamps always OFF. Lamp Status (If Any) Always OFF Fault Detection Condition BCM log this fault when Right turn Indicator lamp output is short to ground. Normal Operating Condition Turn Indicator lamp comes ON when turn indicator switch is activated. Probable Trouble Area 1. BCM connector Fault 2. Right Turn Indicator lamp output wire Short to ground 3. Lamp damaged 4. BCM ECU fault 5. Right Turn Indicator lamp mating connector fault Healing Condition 1. Ignition OFF  ON 2. Clear DTC Command Component Details: Right Turn Indicator lamps are located at right front, right rear and right side of the vehicle. Turn Indicator lamp comes ON when turn indicator switch is activated. Preliminary Checks: 1. Check Battery Voltage (12.5 V & above) 2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage
