Perform the visual check of Combiswitch mating connectors for pin bend or damaged etc. Is connector faulty? Check continuity at Position Lamp Switch contact of combiswitch mating connector with Battery ground. Continuity found? BCM ECU Faulty Correct wiring harness (Open Circuit) YES NO Correct connector fault at combi switch mating connector (Terminal Bend) Correct connector fault at combi switch mating connector (Short to ground) YES NO YES NO Replace BCM ECU Check continuity between Position Lamp Switch terminal and Battery ground terminal of combiswitch connector (Please refer the combiswitch drawings) Continuity found? YES 1. Combiswitch is faulty 2. Replace combiswitch NO A B B2236 – 11: Position Lamp Signal – Circuit Short To Ground
