Flow Chart: - START Is there wiring harness electrical continuity between ECU pin 129 & alternator signal pin.& Auto Start Stop LED Lamp indicatorcontinuity between ECU pin 130 & Auto Start Stop LED Lamp indicator Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the circuit diagram It is ok? Maintain sufficient coolant level It is ok? Check temperature sensor connections It is ok? Rectify /replace connector It is ok? Check for damage of Alternator control connector. END Rectify wiring harness Maintain sufficient Check for regulator connections It is ok? Check if coolant level low Repair the connections as per the schematic Fault still persists then Replace the EMS ECU It is ok?
