Flow Chart: - START Is there wiring harness electrical continuity between ECU pin 129 & alternator signal pin. Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the circuit diagram It is ok? Repair the harness as per the schematic It is ok? Check Alternator voltage below threshold. It is ok? Rectify /replace connector END Rectify wiring harness Maintain sufficient It is ok? Check Alternator supply short to ground Fault still persists Alternator faulty
