Check for any damage of pins at EMS ECU connector / SET switch connector. 3. Check whether the EMS ECU connector / SET switch connector is damaged . Trouble Shooting:- Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1. Check whether the SET switch is stuck in pressed condition. Rectify/Replace the switch Go to step 2 2 Check whether the SET switch is sticky. Clean or replace the switch Go to step 3 3 Check the continuity between the EMS ecu pin 123 and Cruise control switches pin1. Also check the continuity between the Cruise control switches pin 2 and Ground. Is Continuity proper? Go to step 4 Establish continuity as per the circuit schematic. 4. Check whether the EMS ecu pin 123 is short circuited to Ground. Rectify the wiring harness connections as per the schematic Go to step 5 5. Fault still persists? Replace SET switch.
