1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 135 VIII. Assembly of Oil Sump 1. Rotate the engine at 180 0 for fitment of oil sump. 2. Refit the Lube Oil Strainer along with O-Ring. Spread the liquid sealant on oil sump without spilling the sealant in holes. 3. Fit the oil sump and tighten it. 4. Refill the engine oil. IX. Assembly of Exhaust Manifold 1. Refit the Closed Coupled Catalytic Convertor (CCC) and Gasket. 2. Tighten mountings on coupled catalytic converter (CCC). 3. Reconnect the Lambda Sensor Upper and Lower to CCC.
